Shipping Information
All orders are delivered safely with a secure, valid tracking system.

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options available: Standard, Economy, and Express.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in each country.

Our handling (processing) time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.

You can track your shipment details (carrier, tracking ID, packaging status, shipping speed, notices, etc.) anytime via the “My Orders” section on our website.

Shipping Speeds (Excluding Handling Time)

Shipping Method   

Standard shipping takes 7 to 14 days, has no weight limit, includes tracking number and shipping insurance, but does not require the receiver’s signature.

Economy shipping takes 5 to 7 days, is limited to packages under 2 kg, includes tracking number and shipping insurance, and requires the receiver’s signature.

Express shipping takes 3 to 5 days, is also limited to packages under 2 kg, includes tracking number and shipping insurance, and requires the receiver’s signature.

Note: Express shipping to Australia typically takes about 1 week.

Required Importer Information by Country
Some countries require personal identification information for customs clearance. This is subject to change:

- Argentina: ID Number (CUIT/CUIL, DNI, Passport number)
- Chile: VAT/Tax ID
- India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voter ID / Driver's License / PAN + Authorization Letter (POA)
- Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
- Turkey: For shipments over €22, VAT/Tax ID or Turkish ID Number required
- Bermuda: Supplier’s original invoice or proof of purchase

Please ensure all required information is provided to avoid delays.

Special Shipping Notes

- We ship worldwide without issues; however, some countries may experience delays.
- Cosmetic products can only be shipped to mainland Spain via Standard shipping (excluding postal codes: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx). Cosmetics cannot be shipped via Economy or Express shipping to Spain.
- Philippines: Standard & Economy shipping available for certain postal codes (starting with 25~, 29~, 33~, 36~, 38~, 40~, 48~, 49~, 51~, 52~). Other areas may face delays or require Express shipping only (e.g., Palawan and Mindoro islands).
- USA: Economy and Express shipping are available only for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Standard shipping is not available for these areas. Extra shipping charges may apply; please contact us before checkout.
- Standard shipping to the US and Europe (excluding UK and France) does not allow shipment of food or supplements. Please select Economy or Express shipping for these items.

Packaging Process
All packages are carefully packed and photographed before shipment to ensure safe delivery. Photos of the packing process can be provided upon request.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost and protects your order against physical loss or damage during transit, providing peace of mind.

Please note that orders may take longer to process and ship during the following holidays:

  • January 1 (Wednesday): New Year’s Day
  • January 28 to 30 (Tuesday to Thursday): Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year)
  • March 3 (Monday): March 1st Movement Day
  • May 1 (Thursday): Labor Day (business-related observance only)
  • May 5 (Monday): Buddha’s Birthday
  • May 6 (Tuesday): Children’s Day (official public holiday)
  • June 6 (Friday): Memorial Day

  • October 5 to 8 (Sunday to Wednesday): Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving)

Duty and Tax

All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid to receive your package.

Please comply with your local laws and customs regulations. Haru by SJ is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by insufficient or incorrect documentation.

Return Request

At Haru by SJ, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be new and unworn.
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
